Metal section has many years of experience in manufacturing and supplying OEM products in metal and plastic (including, but not limited to filters, valves, and automotive parts, etc.). In particular, we service customers in many different industries such as automotives, military, electronic appliances and medical applications. From our experience, one of the most important factors to successful manufacturing lies in strong engineering and we would like to assure you that all of our engineers and factory operators have many years of experience working with and manufacturing metal, rubber and plastic products (either OEM parts or products made to the specifications of our clients).
We specialize in Forging, Sand Casting, Investment Casting, Permanent Mold Casting and Die-Casting. In addition, we also have vast numbers of experience in squeeze casting (i.e. an advanced pressure die-casting method and is also known as “Liquid Forging”).
With respect to our manufacturing facility, our machining base includes an Axis Machine Center, CNC Turning Machines, Laser Cut Machines, Wire Cut Machines, Drilling Machines, Milling Machines, Squeeze Casting Machines (in 500 tons, 250 tons and 200 tons), and Gravity Casting Machines, etc. With respect to surface treatments, we have Heat Treatment Ovens (T4 + T6) and machines that specialize in Tumbling and Sand Blasting.
In addition, we also have a fully equipped inspection lab that controls and maintains the quality and consistency of our products. Machines in our inspection lab include Spectrometers, Salt Spray Test Machines, CMMs, X ray Spectrometer Scanner (for rubber and plastic parts), Hardness Gauges, Optical Comparators, Surface Roughness Tester, Burner Tester (for rubber and plastic parts), Air and Hydraulic Leak Test Machines, Material Testing Machines (for performing pulling, bending and pressing tests), and an Aging Oven Tester.
Our expertise in the various methods of production COMBINED with an array of production equipments allow us to make components with different casting methods and different material types.
Stamping (Punching/Drawing/Bending/Forming)
Series: small / middle / large
Whenever possible on new construction the possibility of stamping should be considered as it is the most economical production method. We can also help you to keep the cost low with additional secondary operations such as machining or coating.

Investment Casting (Lost wax casting / precision casting)
Series: small / middle / large
With investment casting we offer another precision casting method. The advantage compared to permanent mold casting and squeeze casting is that steel and other materials can be used and processed with higher precision than sand casting.

Forging (Hammer forging/Drop forging/Extruded parts)
Series: small/middle/large
We maybe offer the best-known method. Here the work piece will be put into the lower die and the upper die stamps onto the work piece (example: drop forging) or the work piece is insert into a pressing mold and the male mold presses it into the form (example: extrusion) On middle/large series this method can, as long as the geometry and tolerances allow it, lower the cost strongly.

Machining ( Turning / Milling / Drilling / Tapping / Grinding / Honing )
Series: small / middle / large
Machining is the most precise method and often used when the finishing of products required. There are a large selection of materials that cans be used and another advantage is that the tooling costs are low and will be absorbed by us in general. Therefore this method is preferred on small/medium series and also on large series with tolerances often for the finishing of products necessary

Permanent Mold Casting (Gravity die casting / Low pressure die casting)
Series: small / middle / large
With the permanent mold casting we offer a method that compared to sand casting can reach better mechanical properties (the cooling down is faster and a more dense/fine grain microstructure will be reached). Because the molds are made of steel/iron materials like steel/iron cannot be used.

Squeeze Casting ( Liquid metal forging )
Series: small / middle / large
With squeeze casting we offer another method for making complex parts in excellent quality. The material is given under high pressure and low velocity into the mold and formed by a stamp.
