We have an in house test lab, and other than standard rubber related test machines, we are also equipped with FTIR, TGA and ROHS machines to ensure any incoming rubber material meets customer needs.
From our experience, the most important factor and successful manufacturing lies in strong engineering. We are able to perform extrusion, compression, transfer and injection molding. Our facility is able to fabricate rubber products up to 100*200*50cm. Over the years, we have developed new kinds of recycled rubber materials, such as SBR, EPDM and NBR. These materials have passed SGS and ROHS tests to provide even more competitive prices for our customers. We have also tooled up for a wide range of US standard rubber parts.
